The rocky Terra Rossa soil and the high location of the vineyard provide ideal conditions for growing the variety. The grapes were harvested manually and transferred to a fermentation tank for five days in a cold soak.

The wine went through gentle fermentation for three weeks. Finally, it was transferred to French oak barrels for further aging. 
This is a rich and balanced wine with concentrated strengths and flavors of berries, black pepper and a light smoke aroma. 
The finish is pleasant and long.
Aged 22 months in an oak barrel.

Especially suitable for grilling, asado and casserole dishes.
