The wine was created as part of a series of tributes to the Jewish settlement in the Jezreel Valley.
Each plot was harvested by hand. The varieties were fermented and aged individually in French wooden barrels.
The wine is characterized by aromas of black pepper and white nutmeg and cloves and caramel. It is rich in the flavors of berries, cocoa, and coffee. The wine has presence, pleasant and easy to drink with a long and slightly rough finish. 
 

Varieties: Syrah, Crimson, Cabernet
Especially suitable for chicken and light grilled meats.
