A balanced and complex wine with a full body. Spicy, earthy and aromatic with a long and persistent finish. 
Each plot was harvested by hand. The varieties were fermented and aged individually in French wooden barrels for 14 months.
The wine is characterized by aromas of berries and strawberries. Very soft tannins, medium body, rich taste, refreshing acidity, and a long finish. It is present but pleasant to sip.
